File Server 2003 Unable to access shared folder cant access


Today we are going see a new issue with windows 2003 File server, 
Most of the windows administrator not aware of this serious and simple file server issue, Some times your windows file server will be up but users cant access their shared folder.
In file server also it will show their folder but the sharing should not be show and users can not access the shared folder.
Here is the solution for that..
1) Open the windows 2003 file server
2) Select the shared folder options in file server
3) If the sharing is missed on all folders...
4) Minimize this File Server
5) Go to start--Run--In run... type
6) services.msc
7) Here one services window will come and you have to select in the right side services
8) Select the service called Server
9) This server service should be stop state, you have to start this service or give restart this service and give automatic start option
10) The reason is the netlogon and server serices was not started thats why the reason your users unable to access the File server.

Once you done these process definetely your user can access the file server.
